MUFY Student Committee organised “Sahana Share and Care”, a donation drive in support of the elderly residents at Sahana Old Folks Home, Klang. This meaningful initiative encouraged the MUFY community to extend compassion through contributions in both cash and kind.
Thanks to the generosity of Sunway staff and students, the campaign successfully raised RM12,500 in cash and RM2,000 worth of provisions, including groceries, personal care items, and household essentials.

One of the most common struggles people talk about today is the question of meaning. “What’s my purpose? Where am I headed? What’s the point of all this?”

Life rarely slows down by itself. There’s always another message to reply to, another task waiting, another thought that keeps circling around in the mind.

Staying active doesn’t have to mean pricey gym memberships or hours of training. Movement is free, and even small changes can improve how you think and feel.

When people think of exercise, they often picture running on a treadmill or lifting weights. And while sweating it out at the gym is great, there are lots of alternatives.

Between lectures, assignments, deadlines, and social commitments, it can seem like there’s little room for anything else at uni.
In the middle of all this, you're expected to take care of your mental and physical well-being, which can sometimes feel like another item on the to-do list.

These days, mental health conversations are everywhere: on TikTok, in group chats, and on posters around campus. That’s a good thing. It means it’s easier to talk about what you’re feeling and to ask for help when you need it.
