Farhana is a registered clinical psychologist with the Malaysian Allied Health Professional Council (MAHPC) and a member of the Malaysian Society of Clinical Psychology (MSCP). She has gained valuable experience through her work at a psychiatric hospital, where she conducted assessments and interventions for clinical and forensic patients, as well as children and adolescents. Additionally, she has had the opportunity to work in corporate and private sectors.
Farhana supports individuals facing a range of psychological challenges, including stress, anxiety, low mood, self-esteem issues, and grief, along with more complex concerns such as ADHD, autism, personality disorders, OCD, and bipolar disorder.
Adopting a holistic and integrative approach, she draws upon a diverse range of therapeutic techniques to address each client’s unique needs. Her focus is on helping clients accept difficult emotions and thoughts, while fostering meaningful actions aligned with their values and goals. She is committed to working collaboratively, tailoring each session to support the individual’s emotional well-being and overall growth.
Farhana believes that mental health challenges should not be faced alone. She understands that seeking help is a courageous step, and she is committed to offering a compassionate, non-judgemental space where clients can feel heard, respected, and empowered.
