Aiman is a Clinical Psychologist who believes that meaningful change begins with awareness and understanding. He helps clients explore their thoughts, emotions, and experiences with curiosity and compassion, creating space for reflection and growth.
His approach integrates Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), mindfulness, and compassion-focused techniques to support individuals navigating emotional distress, adjustment issues, and challenges in work, relationships, and self-esteem.
Drawing from his experience in both clinical and corporate settings, Aiman values a balance between evidence-based practice and genuine human connection. He aims to help clients build insight, develop coping strategies, and reconnect with what truly matters to them.
Aiman views therapy as a collaborative process, not about fixing, but about rediscovering one’s capacity for resilience, clarity, and self-compassion.
