Qian Wei is a registered and licensed counsellor with the Board of Counsellors Malaysia. She holds a Master of Counselling and a Bachelor of Science (Hons) in Psychology from the International Medical University (IMU).

Qian Wei’s counselling interests include trauma, grief and bereavement, and crisis intervention. In her practice, she integrates creative approaches such as sand tray work, metaphorical cards, artmaking, and figurine projection, offering clients a safe space to explore their inner world and express emotions beyond words.

She has experience supporting children, adolescents, and adults as they navigate challenges and move through different stages of growth and healing. Outside the therapy room, she has designed and facilitated well-being programmes that offer holistic support within educational communities.

Qian Wei believes that healing and growth emerge through turning inward and reconnecting with the self, where the courage to embrace vulnerability opens new paths. At the core of her work is a compassionate presence, walking alongside individuals through life’s struggles and transitions. She is dedicated to illuminating the journey, gently guiding clients to rediscover their inner resilience and live in a more grounded, authentic, and fulfilling way.
