Overview
Student Leadership & Engagement provides avenues for students to tap into their potential via leadership opportunities, creative thinking projects and community service.
Training & Development and Culture Initiative Programme
We inspire each student in maximizing their potential through creative activities, leadership training, and club & societies to foster a culture of leadership and teamwork. We spearhead the Cultural Initiative Programme to create greater engagement among the international and local student community on campus. Events we organize include Future Leader’s Academy, Clubs & Societies Carnival, friendship month, festive celebrations, social networking events, cultural-related activities and many more.

Community Service Initiative
The Community Service Initiative is managed by Sunway Student Volunteers (SSV). The group is involved in providing tuition to refugees, volunteering at animal centers, supporting recycling initiatives, environmental NGOs and much more.

Clubs & Societies (C&S)
We have a wide range of clubs and societies to cater to each student’s needs and they all are self-governed under the supervision and patronage of Student Leadership & Engagement Unit. Some of the events and activities that we organize include, Clubs & Societies Carnival, C&S Monthly ROAR, C&S Trainings and C&S Recognition Awards.
