Waterfront Residence
Known as a premium resident accommodation for a vibrant student community experience, Waterfront Residence has a wide range of facilities and amenities including Family Mart and Starbucks Self-Service Coffee Kiosk. Located within touching distance of Sunway University and College, getting to class has never been easier.
The well-being of students is also of paramount importance in Waterfront Residence, with round-the-clock safety systems in place alongside strong pastoral care for residents with an on-site Hostel Warden to help residents with any they may need. Topping it all off is the 40,000 square feet of communal space dedicated to students to build new experiences.

Sun-U Residence
