Andrea is a registered and licensed counsellor with the Malaysian Board of Counsellors and a Licensed Professional Counsellor in the state of Illinois, USA. She graduated with a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) Degree in Psychology from Messiah University (previously Messiah College) in 2016 and went on to obtain her Master of Arts (M.A.) Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counselling at Wheaton College. 

Having previously worked in hospital, university, and public health sectors, she is comfortable working with individuals of all ages, races, and cultures. Her previous experience includes working with individuals presenting with various mental health, relationship, career, and education concerns. As a counsellor, Andrea is passionate about working with young adults who are making that transition into adulthood. 

She believes in working and walking with clients as they go through life by providing them with a safe and non-judgemental space to explore and discover themselves.
